We are a vibrant and growing community of faith in Northeast San Antonio, located at the corner or Walzem and Midcrown - just off IH-35 at Loop 410. We are minutes from Randolph AFB, SAMMC, Rackspace and Amazon. 


We are home to Windcrest Day School and Child Development Center and thriving ministries for children, youth and adults of all ages. We hope you'll join us for worship.

aLL-cHURCH SATURDAY SERVE: NOVEMBER 8

Join us for a day of serving together as we share God’s love in our community!

There are several ways to serve:

  • Nursing Home Visit
  • Drive-Thru Prayer
  • Park Bubble Pass Out
  • Agape Ministry
  • Playground Clean-up

If you’ve organized another mission outing, please let
the church office know so others can join you.

ALL CHURCH RETREAT - November 15th

This fall, Windcrest UMC will gather for a special half-day retreat that brings our church family together across worship services and ministries.


The retreat will be a time for interactive reflection, time for fellowship and renewal, and an opportunity to rediscover the heart of who we are as a people of faith.


We are honored and excited that Rev. Dr. Aaron Gonzales, Assistant to the Bishop of the Rio Texas Conference, will be our keynote speaker. Pastor Robert, will share and lead us in Believe & Belonging reflections.


This capstone event will mark the culmination of our Believing & Belonging campaign — a time to celebrate how God has been at work among us and to say together, “YES!” to what comes next.

One Worship Sunday - November 30th

Fifth Sunday Forum: Looking Ahead to 2026
ONE SERVICE at 10:00 am


Join us Sunday, November 30 at 10:00 am for one combined worship service, followed by the forum. We’ll look ahead to 2026, share ideas for our church’s annual plan, and preview the Advent season and a new year for ministry, growth, and renewal. 


This is an important opportunity to experience the gifts and grace of God at work in our community.

men's ministry - steak and conversation

On break and will resume meeting on January 24, 5:00 PM

Bring your favorite cut of steak, seasoned just the way you like it—we’ll handle the grilling and provide all the sides. This is a time for men to connect, share, and grow together as we talk about life, family, and faith. We’ll be continuing our journey into the book “Men of God: Becoming the Man God Wants You to Be.” Each month, we’ll explore a new chapter together. It’s never to late to join in. 


We meet monthly to build community and strengthen our walk with God.
