This advent, Windcrest UMC and Windcrest Day School, reached out to local schools to see if they had any families in need this Christmas season. We want to give you the opportunity to bless a family by providing them with needed items.

We will be hosting an Angel Tree. The tree will be set up in the gathering place. It will have angels hanging from it. Written on the angel is the gender and age of the individual and their possible wants. If you would like to help a family in need, please take an angel off the tree and provide new gifts for the individual. While you are not required to get everything on the list, we ask that you give what you can for your angel.

Please sign your angel out so that we know which family is taking the angel and is responsible.

We have a few housekeeping notes regarding your gifts:

• No food or candy
• No personal notes.
• Gift receipts are great, especially for clothing items
• Don’t forget to wrap all gifts individually, then secure them in a sturdy, large gift bag. The gifts get moved several times and we want to keep them all together
• Attach the paper angel from the tree securely to the outside of the gift bag.

Gifts can be returned to the office Monday through Friday or placed under the Angel Tree until December 11, 2023.
