5th Sunday brunch

As a way of connecting those who attend different worship services, the Ministry Planning Team decided to try a 5th Sunday Brunch. In lieu of Sunday School, come fellowship together over a brunch during the normal Sunday School hour. This 5th Sunday will be hosted by the Youth. Menu will include tacos, fruit and more!
9th annual SOUPer bowl Sunday

Yes, we know the Super Bowl is on February 12th, but this year Souper Bowl will be the week before.
Contestants: Bring your crock pot of soup no later than 11:45 am to Bayless Hall.
Judges (anyone who comes to eat): For a $5 donation, not only will you enjoy a yummy meal, but you will also receive a gold coin to vote for your favorite soup.
Meal will include: soups, breads/crackers, tea and dessert.

Dinner at PAPA DANTE'S
Join us on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 between 4:00 and 6:00 pm for great Italian food and fellowship at Papa Dante’s Restaurant, located at the corner of Toepperwein and FM 1976 in Converse. Besides being a great opportunity for our church family to get acquainted, we have the bonus of earning 10% of our total sales donated back to the church. When ordering at the cashier, say you’re from WUMC, and be sure your receipt gets marked with a “W.”
